A small Malawian-run eco camp with the lowest confirmed prices around the park: ten dollars to camp, thirty-five for a private chalet for two. It sells its own tiered safari menu, from a basic two-hour trip to a private five-hour outing, and throws in stargazing for overnight guests.

The rate above buys you a bed. Liwonde National Park charges its own entry fee for every day you are inside, and almost no booking site shows you that.

From $10 camping. Camping $10, dorm bed $15 ($10 for volunteers), private chalet $35 double or $25 single. Breakfast $4, lunch or dinner $8. Safaris from $30 for 2 hours to $70 private.
What the rate covers is not confirmed. We have not been able to check whether meals, drinks and activities are included here, so treat this figure as the bed alone until it is.
